Also, maybe a reason for VCs to rethink their initial primary focus on "teams". Great teams for execution are still very important, but it's now a talent rich environment. See a great idea, grab it and build a great team around it with all the talent out there. I've seen some amazing resumes floating around recently, some with severance agreements so they want equity instead of income to keep the severance payments flowing.</p>JohnWed, 07 Jan 2009 15:13:49 -0000
